Machine features:
1. Higher grinding efficiency, lower energy consuming compared with other factory pesticide sc sand mill. Based on 12hrs per day working period, compared with traditional type sand mill, RTSM-60AJ can give 1-2T material per day. For pesticide production busy easy 150 days and cost 15000USD. For each year, with RTSM-60AJ, customer can make 2.25million-4.5million US Dollars.
2. Very suitable for low-melting point products. With -5℃ chillers water, the material discharging temperature can be controlled under 20℃. Due to RTSM-60AJ inner structure arrangement, the inner energy density is evenly distributed inside the inner chamber and the energy is soft. Therefore, they will have no partially over-heat or spontaneously over-heat problems, so the material is not easy to get creamy.
3. The size distribution of the finish products is even and will have no layering problem.
4. Screen is not easy to be blocked. When material comes into chamber, they are separated by the turbo. Big particle material are sent to the area which has higher energy. When material are transported to the diffusion wheel, the big particles will be pushed back again to the space between the diffusion wheel and the screen and then the centrifugal force generated by the diffusion wheel will send back the big particle material to the high-energy grinding area. In this way, the big particles will be thoroughly crushed after 3 times grinding and separations.
5. Saving the cleaning water, each time cleaning water cost is around 1T.
6. With material temperature, material pressure, input water pressure, input air pressure, mechanic seal, working current display and data storage function. All the required data can be transported to the central control room. And all the basic parameters can be tracked.
