The steel we use for Metal Fabrication for Scissor lift parts is Q345( which can be replaced with equivalent material, including A572 Grade 50 USA ASTM, SPEC 590 Vietnam/Japanese JIS.). It is a Low alloy, high-strength structural steel, which is a perfect material for Aerial Work Platform parts, Bridges, Vehicles, Ships, Buildings, Pressure Vessels, etc.; our production capability for Material thickness is up to 3.15in (using our Plasma Cutter). 

Our factory is equipped with 44 sets of welding robots working two shifts. And many other advanced types of equipment include Laser Cutter, Plasma Cutter, Automatic Multi-bends, robotic bending machines, four powder coating lines, etc. 

Besides our existing molded Metal Fabrication for Vertical lift parts / Mast lift parts, MH Metal can also custom-make Metal Products per the customer’s drawings and request. 

Another good advantage is that the two production bases we own can cooperate in arranging production simultaneously, making the shipping schedule even shorter for our customers.
