[Properties] The products present as a cylinder, interlink by two part called cap& body. The capsule surface is bright and clean, uniformly colored and lustrous, no deformation, no peculiar smell. It can be classified to three kinds, as transparent, translucent & opaque.

We have gained ISO 9000, HACCP, DMF, KOSHER, FDA etc.
2. Filling rate of empty capsules is always higher than 99.0%, and can reach 99.7%.
3. Quality Control in Capsule Production:
Gelatin undergoes stringent preliminary physical, chemical and micro-biological inspections before released into production.
Capsules are manufactured under controlled climate conditions (Class 100,000), using a dipping process on automatic capsules manufacturing machines.
Quality Assurance plays an integral part in monitoring all critical process parameters like temp and humidity, measurable parameters like weight, length etc. . It eliminates error in every stage of production to meet customer requirement / satisfaction.
